Find Care and Support Services
If you have Health First Colorado:
Contact your regional organization.
Your regional organization will hook you up with what’s called a “care coordinator.” This person will be able to help you find a doctor, set up an appointment, find a therapist and/or get you plugged in to other services you may need (drug treatment, specialist care, etc.).
- If you don’t know who your regional organization is, you can call Health First Colorado Enrollment at 303-839-2120 or 1-888-367-6557 (toll free). You can also learn how to change your regional organization or primary care provider.
- You can also call your regional organization directly for more information.
Find a doctor using online resources
If you want to find a doctor or mental health provider on your own, you can go to:
- The Colorado Department of Health Care Policy and Financing: Find a Provider online directory.
